Ukraine's Prime Minister signed a deal with the European Union on Friday, in a show of solidarity by the bloc as Russian President Vladimir Putin finalized Russia's annexation of Crimea.
European Union governments have voted to suspend some sanctions against Iran following the implementation of a nuclear deal which has seen Iran curb its uraniam enrichment.
The E.U. is drafting a plan for a military mission in the war-torn Central African Republic to support an existing joint African-French operation in the country. The goal would be to step in to prevent civilian massacres as the conflict continues to worsen.
