The cases of infected pregnant women has risen since mid-February.

Reuters reports that 11 pregnant women are infected with the Zika virus, out of 121 total cases. It notes:

Most of the cases were identified in the southern Mexican states of Chiapas and Oaxaca, according to a health ministry report. Eight of the pregnant women are from Chiapas, two are from Oaxaca, and one is from the Gulf coast state of Veracruz, the health ministry reported.

Mexico had gone on the offensive in February to offset bad publicity, writes Travel Weekly:

The CDC has recommended that pregnant women postpone travel to countries where there is Zika transmission due to a link between the disease and microcephaly, a condition in which babies are born with abnormally small heads and incomplete brain development. The agency has not advised against all travel to these countries.

The overall impact on travel to Mexico appears to be minimal thus far.
