E-commerce giant Amazon’s feast run in the ad business continues as the report for its third-quarter earnings showed that its “other” revenue, which mainly comprises ad sales, jumped 58 percent year over year to $1.12 billion.

Recently, Amazon has been heavily targeting the Sponsored Products Ads format, which constituted nearly 82 percent of all Amazon ad spend, notes Digiday.

Recently, Wall Street investment firm Morgan Stanley had estimated that Amazon’s advertising business could swell up to $5 billion in revenue in 2018, with a major portion of business coming from big brands, writes Business Insider
