Taiwanese artist Shih Chieh Huang’s voluminous art installation, named “plastic monster,” due to be revealed at the Worcester Art Museum through November 12, welcomes guests into an engulfing labyrinth that resembles human intestine, both in form and pneumatics.

The art installation is part of the artist’s “Organic Concept” series that uses cheap materials, including plastic sheets, bottles, LED lights and others, to craft life-like sculptures, writes Inhabitat.

Besides the mammoth installation, the Worcester Art Museum also hosts a series of Huang’s bioluminescent kinetic sculptures.
