Artificial intelligence literally got cooler with a new solar-powered patio shade, named Sunflower, which is designed to track sun’s position through the day and block off the light.
Developed by Los Angeles-based smart outdoor living manufacturer ShadeCraft, the smart umbrella is also equipped with security cameras, speakers, a microphone, and lights, all functioning wirelessly, writes Digital Trends.
The makers of the world’s first autonomous robotic shade claim that Sunflower is also a portable source of solar power and can last for 72 hours with excess energy stored in batteries, notes Inhabitat.
