Google buys music-streaming service Songza

Google has purchased the innovative music-streaming application Songza -- a service that tailors music playlists to user's activities. Google has not enjoyed as much popularity in the music field as other tech companies, especially Apple's hugely popular iTunes. The company could be looking to bolster its presence in music apps.
