Palestinian prisoners end hunger strike after deal with Israel

Some 120 prisoners ened a two-month hunger strike after Israel made limited concessions; about 75 participants required hospitalization. Although Israeli authorities agreed to remove punishments imposed in prison, the policy of detention without trial that sparked the strike remains in place.
