Bill to curb NSA data collection passes in House

A bill has passed in the U.S. House of Representatives that overwhelmingly demonstrates the approval of both parties to curb the data collection practices of the NSA. The scaled back legislation has support from both Repulicans and Democrats as it will limit the surveillance power of the NSA.
