Mozilla proposes net neutrality regulations

Mozilla -- the maker of the web browser Firefox -- has offered up its suggested reform of net neutrality to the FCC. The company suggests the FCC redefine the remote delivery service offered by the broadband provider to websites and web services as a regulated service covered by traditional telephone regulations.
