Kosovo parliament votes for new war crimes court

An E.U.-backed special court will be tasked with trying guerrilla fighters charged with harvesting human organs in the 1998-99 Kosovo war. Allegations of the crimes, which surfaced in 2011, mention several high-ranking officials in Kosovo's government, including Prime Minister Hashim Thaci.
