Palestine, Israel peace talks postponed

New delay comes after a shooting attack in the West Bank, and days before current round of negotiations set to expire. The U.S.-brokered talks have foundered in recent weeks after major issues like Israeli settlement homes and the Palestinian Authority's moves to pursue statehood.
