Afghan watchdog warns of election fraud

The election complaints committee said there may have been significant fraud during Saturday's presidential election. Despite warnings from the Taliban, the ballot took place with minimal violence and high voter turnout. The 2009 election was similarly tainted by allegations of election fraud.
