Obama: Russia must 'move back' troops in Ukraine

U.S. President Barack Obama urged Russia on Friday to 'move back its troops' on Ukraine's border and to lower tensions. Russia is reportedly massing troops on Ukraine's eastern frontier, in what Obama says could be 'an effort to intimidate Ukraine' or a sign that Russia has 'additional plans.'
