Kiev signs deal with E.U. as Russia finalizes annexation

Ukraine's Prime Minister signed a deal with the European Union on Friday, in a show of solidarity by the bloc as Russian President Vladimir Putin finalizes Russia's annexation of Crimea. The move comes a day after the E.U. and the United States imposed sanctions on Russian legislators and businessmen.
