China has dismissed a United Nations report that compared human rights abuses in North Korea to those in Nazi Germany. A Chinese diplomat in Geneva said the commission of inquiry lacked credibility. He said some of the recommendations were divorced from reality. The report is being submitted to the U.N. Human Rights Council in Geneva with proposals for legal action against North Korean leaders.
