Scots prefer autonomy to independence, poll finds

A new poll from ScotCen, a social research institute in Scotland, finds that over 60 percent of the population would prefer 'devo max', or a devolution of power from London to the regional parliament, rather than outright independence from Britain. But a vote this September will present voters with an all-or-nothing choice.
