Afghan peace team seeks Taliban meeting

An Afghan peace delegation is in Dubai in the hopes of meeting with top Taliban officials and instigating peace negotiations. The trip comes two months before critical presidential elections that will see President Hamid Karzai, whose efforts to hold peace talks with the Taliban have remained deadlocked, step down after 12 years in office.
