Google and Cisco sign patent deal

The deal signed by Google and Cisco will protect the two tech giants from unnecessary patent lawsuits against each other in the future by allowing cross-licensing. It will also allow them to pay to use each other's patents. Google has also struck a similar deal with Samsung.
