The International Olympic Committee with help from anti-doping officials are putting together what will be the most complex drug-testing program in Olympic history ahead of the Sochi Winter Olympics starting next week. The method is based around testing before competitions and events while using a new scientific approach that tracks an athletes drug use months before the start of the Olympics.
