Red Friday is comparable to the U.S.'s Black Friday in that it offers discounts on products all day, in this case Apple products. Apple opened a new branch of its retail store in Beijing on January 10 to celebrate Red Friday, and stores across the rest of China and other Asian countries are working through the massive lines of people waiting to buy discounted Apple products.
