Afghanistan prisoner move strains U.S. relations

The Karzai government said it will release more than seventy prisoners regarded as by the U.S. as legitimate securiy threats. The latest blow to U.S.-Afghanistan relations comes as the two nations wrangle over a contentions bilateral security agreement.
