F.D.A. sets standard for gluten-free food

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has set the standards for labels on food that is gluten-free to protect those with allergies or intolerance to the starch. Sales of food labeled gluten-free tripled in 2012 from 2008 in the U.S.
