Neil Mills has reportedly resigned as chief executive of SpiceJet, India's No. 2 budget airline, with a year and a half left on his five-year contract. He is the second C-level executive to leave the loss-making airline in a month. Mills' resignation comes just days ahead of the company reporting its first-quarter results.
