Samsung breaches 5G network

The next generation of mobile access could arrive in the hands of the public by 2020, according to Samsung, the Korean smartphone maker. Samsung reported that it was able to transfer large amounts of data across a higher frequency, but such a band will require hefty changes to the technology created to process it. The company aims to develop such hardware even as many regions of the world are still using 3G, and slowly migrating to 4G wireless.
