ABB chief executive Joe Hogan is leaving the Swiss engineering group for what is said are private reasons. Hogan didn't resign because of ill health and there was no conflict with the board or chairman, a company spokesman told Bloomberg, declining to give further details. No departure date has been set, nor a successor named. The 56-year old joined ABB from GE in 2008. ABB's shares fell more than 1% on the news.
