During her Capitol Hill testimony Wednesday, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton took full responsibility for departmental errors that led up to the attack on the US consulate in Benghazi, Libya. Clinton insisted that the State Department would be increasing security at US missions worldwide, and would also be adopting the recommendations of an independent review board. In her last formal testimony as Secretary of State, Clinton emphasized growing threats from North African extremists.
