The Federal Reserve says Standard Chartered bank will pay $327 million to resolve allegations that it violated U.S. sanctions on Iran and other laws. The bank reach separate but related settlements with the U.S. Department of Justice and the New York District Attorney that total  $227 million. The settlements are in line with what the bank had previously said it was expecting.
