Zuma's call for pay freeze gets lukewarm response

South African President Jacob Zuma's call for a voluntary pay freeze in the public and private sectors to help stabilize an economy buffeted by two-months of labor unrest is getting a lukewarm reception from business leaders. His own 5.5% pay rise last month hasn't helped his cause.
